New Customers: When placing your order, we require a valid credit card at the time of the order that will be used to fulfill your order for shipping when received, but is not charged until the item actually arrives. If a credit card is NOT provided, then a nonrefundable 25% deposit will be necessary to secure your order. This is an unfortunate business decision that we have wrestled with for some time and are being forced to implement as a result of numerous recent order cancellations.
